Many different styles of keel winches were used over the years. This model replaces all. Mounting holes in boat may need to be re-drilled. Winch is Zinc plated for corrosion resistance. Most boats use a straight handle that exits the winch at a slight angle, some boats use a handle that has a 90 degree bend that gives it an approxiamtely 4" offset. If your boat has the offset handle, select the optional handle in the dropdown.

Used on all keelboats except early v-17 and v-21, for these boats we recommend drilling out the pivot hole in the keel and the keel trunk to accept larger upgraded bolt assy. 5/8" x 5 1/2" stainless bolt, lock nut, 2 cupped washers, and 2 rubber washers/GASKETS.

Cables are cut for 11ft. Some boats like M21, M22, V21, V22 used 8.5 ft cables. You can use full length or cut to your length.

This part bolts to the top of keel trunk as a guide for the keel cable.

replacement handle for DLB-800 winches only! Does not fit older style winches supplied with most boats when new. If you have an older winch, you will need to replace the entire winch.
