An big upgrade from the standard factory sail! Reasonably priced but made with high quality 5 oz Dacron in a cross cut design. These sails feature a hydraulically pressed stainless steel ring for the clew, and reinforced nylon webbing for the head and tack to allow a strong but flexible connection to your furler. While slightly heavier and stiffer to handle than the factory sails, this sail will last much longer, perform better through a larger wind range (your boat will go faster and heel less), and will hold their shape better in light winds. You also won't have to reef as often as with the standard factory sail.

The #6 luff tape on this sail fits most furling units (call us if you have Schaefer Snapfurl). This sail does not have a UV cover, you must either take it down when not in use or use a pull up "sock" type cover (part #2301-1V0) to protect it.
