Gudgeon with 1/2" diameter hole for boats that use a long stainless rod that passes through the rudder head and the gudgeons. On boats with the black aluminum rudder head assembly, you can update to the newer pin style gudgeons #5201-1V3 and eliminate the long stainless rod. Some early boats used 3/8" hole, on these boats the rudder head must be drilled out and a larger attachment rod used.
