4" Black plastic cleat used for many years as the halyard cleat on the mast. Also used in other places on the boat including the rudder hold down line on the 26C, and the centerboard or daggerboard control line on the 26C, 26X, and 26M. Some early boats had metal jam cleats on the mast, matching cleats are no longer available.
