5/32nd 1X19 stainless steel wire with a straight tang on top and a male stay adjuster at the bottom. Early boats had no tang at the top of the stay, just a loop. These replacement stays with the tang will work on all boats except the early 2003 boats with 40" spreaders. If your boat is a 2003, please measure the overall length of the spreaders, they will be 40" or 44" let us know if the are 40" so we can shorten the stays.
