Used on later model M19 with masthead rig and spreaders. Standard boat (without roller furling) had a headstay with a loop on both ends. These have a loop on the top and thread directly into the turnbuckle on the bottom and will work with hank-on sails or roller furling. If you have the older style, simply unscrew the right hand thread t-bolt from the turnbuckle and thread the new headstay directly in. Due to variations in length, we recommend that you send in your old headstay
